Shipping Fees & Custom Duties :
For international orders, we offer Free Shipping for orders above 700 S.R
Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by your country’s customs office upon arrival. When ordering from kstarscosmetics.sa, you are responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Kstars Cosmetics cannot predict what your specific charges
ARAMEX will get in touch with you if there are any extra duty charges applied to your shipment. ARAMEX will collect them for the benefit of your local customs office before or upon delivery. In some cases, you will have to provide a written notice to grant Samsa to clear your order from customs.

Return:
To return your request please follow the following steps:
• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receipt.
• Products or make-up boxes are not returned or recovered unless the customer has received a false or damaged order
• Please note that we do not accept the return of products if they are used or tampered with.
• For credit card purchases, you can apply for a return on support@kstarscosmetics.sa
Once a thorough quality check is carried out, we will refund the funds. Please note that it takes 10 to 14 business days to be refunded until it is transferred to your account.
• Please note that we do not accept the return of international orders, the customer must bear the customs duties.
